Lifespan Healthcare Services Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline your rights as a client of Lifespan Healthcare Services and our responsibilities to deliver the services required. Our guidelines have been developed to be in line with the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act of 2006.

These terms and conditions are binding upon both the Client and Lifespan Healthcare Services in respect to the provision of any and all services rendered under the Service Agreement.

Conditions and fees related to service cancellation.
9. Accidents, Damage, and Theft
Policies regarding reporting and handling of incidents involving caregivers.
10. Limitation of Liability
Clause defining the limits of liability for Lifespan Healthcare Services and its caregivers.
